CETF sponsors a FREE phone service for Richmond Residents in Zip Codes 94801, 94804, and 94806 who would like assistance with enrolling in an Internet Service Plan from an Internet Service Provider (ISP). Live Agents are available to assist residents through the application process.

If you are a resident of Richmond in Zip Codes 94801, 94804, and 94806 and you are already enrolled in:

  • MediCal
  • CalFresh, or
  • Lifeline

You may qualify for a low-cost Internet Service plan, ranging from $15 to $30 per month!

Richmond Residents in Zip Codes 94801, 94804, and 94806 can call toll-free 1-888-602-0897 to speak with a live representative who will assist in Internet Service plan selection, and connect residents with a FREE Digital Literacy Course.

Digital Literacy Courses can assist Richmond residents with training on how to use the Internet to apply for necessary services and participate in the Digital Economy.
